Guest House Inn Lviv first opened its doors to guests of Lviv on December 25, 2014. Located in the historic center of the city, in a house of the XIX century, which belonged to the noble count family Zamoysky. The interior of the Guest House was made by Lviv artists of Iryna Vynnyk’s studio, who, with the help of special painting techniques, conveyed the real landscapes and architectural structures of Lviv. The details of our city were recreated in detail.

The Guest House has eight spacious hotel-type rooms located on the second and attic floors of the house. The guest rooms have city and green cozy courtyard views. Each room has a bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer and cosmetics, slippers. All rooms have LED TV with cable TV and air conditioning. The rooms have an electric kettle, tea, coffee, mineral water and the necessary utensils.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Guest House. It features an outdoor terrace, a dining area with a balcony, where guests can enjoy delicious homemade breakfasts and fragrant Lviv coffee. Guests can use the free parking in the courtyard of the house by prior reservation.

It is believed that this house, at the end of the XIX century, belonged to Count Adam Zamoysky and his wife, Maria Potocka. These are two famous count families that had large estates in the territory of present-day Western Ukraine. The main possessions of Count Zamoysky was the castle in Lopatyn, and in this city house the count’s family stayed for the time of visiting Lviv.

However, there are rumors that the most beautiful of the six daughters of Count Zamoysky was in love with a young man who served in this house. That is why the count’s daughter always looked for an occasion to visit here. But when the father learned of his daughter’s feelings for an ordinary servant, he forbade his daughters to come to this house to separate the lovers and teach their daughters obedience forever.

The young servant missed his beloved very much and in memory of her he planted in a vase on the balcony a special kind of white roses, brought here by merchants from distant lands. The boy cared for roses with such love and tenderness that there was no equal in the whole city. Young girls came here for walks to admire the magnificent roses and at least one eye to look at the handsome young man who was so attracted to the young lady from Lopatin.

It features an outdoor terrace and a dining area with a balcony. Also, a cup of tea or coffee, a favorite book on the table and a breathtaking front view – all you need to relax and feel great emotions.
